Life at times can be soooo stressful. As human beings, we should take time-out to destress and realign ourselves.
There are a variety of ways in which to Meditate. Personally, I choose Zen/Meditation Music. I love music, Nature & certain sounds resonate deeply with me. Now I don’t like all Zen/Meditation Music. Some sound like wailing banshees😅! So, I find what I like & works for me & fill-up my YouTube playlist.
I’ve had many say, “Max, Meditation doesn’t work for me!” I say what does one go into Meditation expecting? Maybe to become magically enlightened & float off into oblivion???
Lol, that may not occur physically in this lifetime! But mentally it’s happening.
Some simply fall asleep & swear nothing worked or changed. Really? Do you know what occurs within the body when at complete rest? HEALING on so many levels. We need rest in order to recharge and to bring clarity. So if the most you get out of Meditation is a good nap? What’s wrong with that?🤷🏾♀️
Like I love to say, “Just try it!”😉
