This an open-themed competition.
This year’s VfW is judged by renowned Tennessee Artist H.R. Lovell and will accept submissions in the following categories:
1. Painting
2. Drawing
3. Photography
4. Digital Art
The following placements will be awarded in each category:
First Place – $100 and publication in “The View from Woodall”
Second Place – $50 and publication in “The View from Woodall”
Third Place – publication within “The View from Woodall”
An overall winner will be selected, garnering an additional $100 as well as cover placement on the 2022 issue of “The View from Woodall.”
Entry Deadline: January 9, 2022
Winners announced: January 28, 2022
Entrants should submit digital images of work (with a size of at least 1000 pixels on longest edge) via email to tishcoarts@gmail.com along with artist name, bio, title of work (if applicable), medium, and artist contact information.
Emails should be sent with subject line: View from Woodall 2022
An entry fee of $10 is required for each submission, and submissions are capped at no more than three per artist.
Entry fees may be paid via PayPal to tishcoarts@gmail.com.
